On a day when I want to bring out the olive undertones of my skin and feel a little power, I like to do a little glitter and copper for my fresh look. This is my simple guide to getting the look for yourself.

Use a primer with a smooth texture and a little glow.

If you’re having a good skin week, you can use this as a replacement foundation. I use a damp sponge all over to make sure there’s even coverage.

Conceal and blend. Use Glitter Drops for extra glow.

The products I use every day are their Bye-Bye Under Eye concealer in fair and their Bye-Bye Breakouts all over concealer. I have chronic dark under eye shadows because of my chronic illness and deep set eyes, and the under eye concealer in illumination is my favorite product for helping combat those bags. Their face concealer is a pretty full coverage, but I haven’t seen a reduction in acne that they promote.

Create a goddess eye with high pigment, intense colors.

00100sPORTRAIT_00100_BURST20190422124928869_COVERI begin with using a brown pencil liner to line all around my eys and then an eyelid primer. Some of my favorites of those is the Marc Jacob’s Highliner Gel Eye Crayon in Brown(Out), and NARS Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base. Anytime I’m using eyeshadows with glitter in it I like to use a base or concealer on my lid to prevent it from running during the day.

On my lid I used a copper eye shadow/liner pencil with a creamy consistency. Then I added a pink, dark copper on the crease and a deep matte magenta on the edges of my eyes. I use the ACE Beaute Grandiose palette almost every day. I then use Tarteist Double Take Eyeliner in maroon. I love black eyeliner, but using the maroon helps to pick up on the colors! I finish it off with eyelash curl, and then mascara.

Use a blush in a desert orange or pink and a highlighter.

00100sPORTRAIT_00100_BURST20190422125139560_COVERI used Note blush in Desert Rose to highlight my cheekbones. It helps to pull out the copper in your eyes and in the Nova skin drops. I use a classic C shape for the highlighting palette around the edges of my eyes to add to the dewy glow mix.

Finish the look with a metallic lipgloss.

00100sPORTRAIT_00100_BURST20190422125316126_COVERTo draw in all of this glow and color, I use My Lips Are Sealed Liquid Lipstick in Secret Sabotage to make a polished, effortless statement lip. It’s a nude color so that I can turn it into an every day wear.

Get your goddess on, and let me know how you like the overall look once you’ve repeated it!
