Pie é Tea

12005 W Highway 290, Austin, TX

In case you hadn’t noticed, I have a thing for Highway 290. It leads to some of my favorite beer, barbeque and even the road to the Land of Enchantment. And bonus: it is always pretty (especially during wildflower season).

As part of the #explore290 series I decided to give this little coffee shop a try and I recommend making them your morning coffee-fuel up before you head out on one of the Hill Country Adventures. (I mean the pizza place next door is named Pieous – the cleverness alone warrants a trip.

My order: a drip coffee and an amann (a croissant with a honey glaze that had me making vaguely pornographic noises in the car).
